Sailors assigned to the Sailors assigned to the aircraft carrier USS George Washington and Carrier Air Wing 5 participate in a community service project at Cohunu Koala Park at Cohunu Koala Park. This was one of fourteen community service projects that George Washington and CVW-5 Sailors participated in during port visits to Perth and Fremantle. George Washington, the Navy's only permanently forward deployed aircraft carrier, is scheduled to participate in Talisman Saber 2009, a series of training exercises hosted by the Australian defense force.
