Sgt. 1st Class Mark Sargent, 3rd Battalion, 304th Infantry (USMA), 104th Training Division (IET), observes cadets from Penn State University as they familiarize themselves with the obstacle course on Camp Buckner in preparation for the 2015 Sandhurst competition held at the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., April 10-11, 2015. The competition originated in 1967 between cadets from the United States and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst of Great Britain. It was originally intended "to provide the Corps of Cadets with a challenging and rewarding regimental skills competition, which will enhance professional development and military excellence in selected soldier skills." In 2015, more than 21 teams from eight different countries are competing for the coveted British officer's sword. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. 1st Class Brian Hamilton)
