SAN DIEGO (April 2, 2015) – Contractors from Phoenix International work with Undersea Rescue Command to use a launch and recovery system to conduct a weight test using a Conex container box as a simulation prior to testing pressurized rescue module Falcon (PRM-1) at Naval Air Station North Island.
