Col. Wael Farouk Ahmed Ibrahim, an Egyptian military delegation member specializing in medical engineering, discusses prosthetic engineering with Delbert Lipe, a prosthetist, at the Center for the Intrepid during a military to military nursing exchange held at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, March 23-27.
