Staff Sgt. Matthew D. Foust is loaded onto a stretcher to illustrate how an injured person should be properly secured at the Mountain Warfare Training Camp March 16 in Pohang, Republic of Korea. Throughout the day’s lesson, South Korean Marines instructed the U.S. Marines on how many knots to use in the stretcher, what types of knots to use and how quick the injured Marine should be secured based on his level of injury.
