A platoon of 9th Regional Commando Battalion, Iraqi special operations forces soldiers work their way over rocky burms and sinking sand as they approach a small village where a suspect is hiding during a training exercise in the Al Anbar province of Iraq. As the loweing sun silhouettes them, the ISOF soldiers work their way into formation as they begin the assault. During the day's training, the ISOF soldiers rehearsed vairous scenarios that included entrance on foot, by vehicle and a combination of both to ensure they will continue to be ready for any situation.
