The 88th Regional Support Command wildlife biologist, Randy Berry, prepares a field before dispersing as part of an ongoing prairie restoration project at the Joliet Training Area located in Elwood, Ill., April 22, 2015. Berry has been working to restore the lands to a usable and natural condition for more than two decades. “Doing the restoration work is really rewarding,” said Berry. “You go out to a piece of land that has just been completely overrun with evasive and get it back to at least some semblance of what it should look like. It’s really satisfying – I love coming in to work every day.”
