A target is riddled with bullet holes immediately after the 2nd Battalion, 413th Regiment's M16A2/M4 series weapons qualification on April 11, 2015, at Camp Pendleton, Calif. The 2/413th is an Army Reserve drill sergeant producing battalion headquartered in Riverside, Calif. "During the year, our critical mission is to supervise and provide guidance to drill sergeant candidates preparing for drill sergeant school," said Lt. Col. Allan Dollison, 2/413th commander.
