Reba Conti-Vock, flag aide at Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (NSMWDC), asks a question about mentorship during a leadership engagement with female officers from Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) 3 and other commands on Naval Base San Diego, April 21. ESG 3 has hosted a series of forums to allow senior officers to encourage the personal growth and professional development of junior female officers. ESG 3 is comprised of three amphibious squadrons, eight naval support elements and 12 amphibious ships with more than 10,000 Sailors and Marines.
