A group of aviation ordnancemen, assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron 25, detach a missile from the wing of an F/A-18C Hornet on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. Aviation ordnancemen are responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, operating and handling aviation ordnance equipment. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations. Operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
