U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Jonathan O. Teixeira, from Pawtucket, R.I., with the 439th Forward Support Squadron from Westover Air Reserve Base, Mass., covers the prepared dinner food for sanitation and freshness in the camp kitchen on Comando de Ingenieros de la Fuerza Armada on April 21 for this year's Beyond the Horizon in El Salvador. We are trained on how to do food service, but this is the first time I've done it, said Teixeira, who as Air Force Combat Support is trained on four different components, to include food service.
