    III Marine Expeditionary Force   

    A mannequin receives CPR during a class certifying Marines and Master Labor Contractors in adult, child and infant CPR, use of an automated external defibrillator and basic first aid in the Education Center April 22 on Camp Foster, Okinawa. Each student earned a one year certification in CPR, AED and basic first aid. The class was facilitated by Allen Balabis and Carl Hinson, certified instructors with The American Red Cross. Balabis is the regional director of emergency management of Marine Corps Installations Pacific-Camp Butler, Japan. Hinson is the emergency management analyst for MCIPAC.
