Cmdr. Jeffrey J. Kim, commanding officer of the guided-missile destroyer USS John S. McCain, is given a bouquet of flowers on behalf of the city of Yokohama, Japan. John S. McCain made the transit from Yokosuka to Yokohama, Japan as the first-ever U.S. Navy ship to participate in the annual celebration of the Yokohama port opening. This year's celebration marks the 150th anniversary of the port being opened.
