Piles of Hesco barriers were placed near the location where they will be set up prior to being filled by heavy equipment operators from the 277th Engineer Company, 46th Engineer Combat Battalion (Heavy), 225th Engineer Brigade on Forward Operating Base Hammer in the Mada'In Qada, east of Baghdad, July 22. Engineers will spend months beefing up the force protection at the remote FOB.
