Rear Adm. Robin Braun reads her official orders before relieving Rear Adm. Joseph Kilkenny as commander, Navy Recruiting Command at a change of command ceremony. Braun has served as deputy commander of NRC since October 2007. Kilkenny, who served as commander, will go on to serve as Commander Naval Education and Training Command in Pensacola, Fla.
