Armed Forces of the Philippines, U.S. forces, and civilians came together for the ribbon cutting ceremony for new classrooms built at Sabang Elementary School in Puerto Princesa, on the island of Palawan, Philippines, during exercise Balikatan 2015, April 28. The ribbon cutting ceremony was chance for members of the community and military come together and celebrate the recently finished classroom.
