Sgt. 1st Class Tim Stanton, the operations noncommissioned officer and training NCO with the U.S. Army Reserve 312th Engineer Company, based in Duluth, Minn., fills out paperwork before the start of urban operations training and building clearing procedures, April 18, 2015, at Camp Ripley, Minn. Stanton is an Active Guard and Reserve Soldier serving full-time with the unit.
