Members of the North Dakota Army National Guard 116th Public Affairs Detachment were presented a “Certificate of Appreciation” from the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany, for the unit’s participation in Saber Junction 15, a decisive action training environment exercise which aims to build and maintain interoperability among the nations.
