Nate McKenzie, an information assurance officer with U.S. Army Central, speaks to attendees of the USARCENT “Cyber Bowl” about the “war of tomorrow,” April 28, 2015, on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. He told the group that cyber security is “not really the war of tomorrow. It’s more like the war going on right now.” The event was held to promote cyber awareness and security, and used a Super Bowl theme to portray the digital landscape as an ongoing battle to outmaneuver adversaries who prey on relaxed security settings and complacent users to hack into an organization’s network.
