When service members find themselves in serious financial trouble, like having to foot the bill for major automobile repairs, the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society can help with Quick Assist Loans or grants to help in times of need. They won't help you get your car detailed, but if it has serious mechanical problems that prevent you from getting to work, they will do what they can to help you get back on the road.
