Maj. Gen. John S. Harrel pauses to look at an Albanian flag flying over a cemetery. The flag caused a problem when KFOR 11 arrived because the local Serbian population thought it was flying on their soil. 1st Lt. Stack and his men did a little map reading class 101 with a Serbian counterpart patrolling the area and discovered it was well within the Kosovo border.
