COASTAL WATERS, Vanuatu (March 3, 2015) Spc. William Walcott, a U.S. Army diver with the 7th Engineer Dive Detachment, prepares a recompression chamber system before diving and conducting underwater recovery operations off the coast of Vanuatu. The 7th Engineer Dive Detachment is working with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) to locate a U.S. service member who went missing during WWII. DPAA aims to provide the fullest possible accounting for missing U.S. service members to their families and the nation.
