Iraqi police patrol director, Maj. Gen. Ali and Col. Byron Freeman, commander, 8th Military Police "Watchdog" Brigade, who hails from Norfolk, Va., attended the Iraqi police river patrol graduation ceremonies on the banks of the Tigris River, July 30. The two commanders reviewed the river patrol boats as they maneuvered along the river, as well as rescue and recovery procedures.
