150429-N-ZY039-020 ARABIAN GULF (April 28, 2015) – Gunner's Mate 2nd Class Cody Coy aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) prepares to fire a shot line across to the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8) during an underway replenishment. Normandy is deployed in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations as part of Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group supporting Operation Inherent Resolve, strike operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the region.
