Petty Officer 2nd Class Jessica Williamson, aviation structural mechanic, assigned to the Tophatters Strike Fighter Squadron 14, performs corrosion prevention on the forward landing gear of a F/A-18E Super Hornet in the hangar bay of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz. Nimitz and Carrier Air Wing 11 are conducting operations off the coast of Southern California in preparation for a scheduled deployment to the western Pacific Ocean.
