More than U.S. 80 Marines from Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, conducted a five-mile hike, May 1, 2015, at Camp Titin, near Aqaba, Jordan. The hike allowed the Marines to get used to the climate in Jordan. The Marines are participating in Eager Lion 15, an annual, multinational exercise with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan’s royal armed forces, designed to exchange military expertise and improve interoperability among partner nations.
