(May 5, 2015) - United States Coast Guard (USCG) Diver 1st Class Chris Hall, instructor at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center, from Spokane, Wash., is being prepared to dive into the training pool by his fellow Coast Guardsmen. The Year of the Military Diver week long celebration began Monday highlighting such achievements as, the 100th anniversary of the Mark V dive helmet, the 35th anniversary of NDSTC, the 40th anniversary of women divers, and the 70th anniversary of the Navy's presence in Panama City Fla.
