Airmen who submitted ideas to improve the 86th Airlift Wing during the Innovation Madness tournament showcase were presented a $250,000 check and the Lt. Gen. William H. Tunner Trophy May 1, 2015, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The inaugural competition started with nine wings from around USAFE-AFAFRICA competing with each other in a tournament-style match to determine which wing promotes the best innovative culture.
