Members of Joint Task Force Civil Support listen to the shift change brief during Exercise Vibrant Response 15, a national-disaster command post response exercise at Camp Atterbury, Ind. May 5, 2015. VR 15 is a command post exercise that tests the capabilities of the federal response to meet the expectations of the nation. It provides realistic training to prepare chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear response units to integrate with civilian partners and respond to natural or manmade catastrophic CBRN events.
