Teams from the Omaha District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District evaluate an area on the land side of the Salt Creek levee in Lincoln. Bubbles are often an indication of a boil that is flowing water. After closer inspection, these bubbles were not from a boil.
