Douglas Wilstie, Army program executive officer for Enterprise Information Systems, cuts the ceremonial lei commissioning the first operational AN/GSC-52B(V5) Modernized Enterprise Terminal (MET) at the Wahiawa Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Facility Hawaii on April 16.
