An eisa dancer with a paranku (drum) performs during the start of the 15th annual 10,000 Eisa Festival on Kokusai Street in Naha, Aug. 2. This festival is the largest of its kind on the island and attracts service members and their families to the "international street" alongside local Okinawan residents.
