Ben Hodges, commander of U.S. Army Europe speaks with Anvil Troop, 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, following the conclusion of Operation Siil, May 12 outside Rebu, Estonia. During his visit with the troops, Hodges spoke highly of their efforts and was proud of their accomplishments.
