Paratroopers from the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade extend the blades of a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter. More than 50 helicopters from the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade are being reassembled at Charleston, S.C., May 13, 2015. Once the aircraft are reassembled they will fly back to Fort Bragg, N.C. An integral part of the 82nd CAB’s success, the aircraft, including AH-64 Apache, and UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters, belong to the brigade’s fleet of helicopters that were flown in Afghanistan during the brigade’s nine-month deployment in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Freedom’s Sentinel from Sept. 2014 – May 2015.
