GULF OF ADEN (May 9, 2015) -- The assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7), rear, and the dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43), front, conduct a replenishment-at-sea with the dry cargo/ammunition ship USNS Carl Brashear (LHD 7). Fort McHenry is a part of the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group (ARG), and, with the embarked 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is participating in exercise Eager Lion 2015, a recurring multinational exercise designed to strengthen military-to-military relationships, increase interoperability between partner nations and enhance regional security and stability.
