Soldiers, family and friends of the 364th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), participated in a retirement ceremony for Brig. Gen. I. Neal Black hosted by the commanding general of the 79th Sustainment Support Command, Maj. Gen. Megan Tatu at Naval Station Everett, Wash., during a battle assembly May 2. The ceremony recognized the honorable and faithful 35 years of service of Black and the contributions of his wife and family during his service to the Army and in defense of this great nation. “What I will miss most about the job is figuring out the best way to use the talents of the men and women I command,” Black said.
