Members of the Oregon Air National Guard’s 142nd Fighter Wing Civil Engineer Squadron present a plaque to the staff at the Paradiso Hotel, May 20, 2015, to acknowledge their support and assistance while 35 members of the unit stayed in the hotel while working to renovate Pavilion C of the Mangalia City Hospital, Romania, as part of the U.S. European Command’s (EUCOM) Humanitarian Civic Assistance Program (HCA).
