Sostarics, the outgoing wing commander for his exceptional leadership, held at the 159th Fighter Wing Hangar 5, Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans, Belle Chasse, La., on May 17, 2015. Under his command the159FW deployed Airmen to four of the five geographic Combatant Commands while also maintaining a constant 24-hour Air Control Alert at home station with armed F-15C fighter aircraft.
