The remains of Navy Captain Michael Scott Speicher arrive at his hometown of Jacksonville, Fla., 18 years after his FA-18 Hornet was shot down on the first night of the First Persian Gulf War. A plane carrying Speicher's remains landed at Naval Air Station Jacksonville and were then transported to the base chapel where they will remain overnight.
