An MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew from Air Station Astoria, Ore., suspends a bucket full of concrete over the forms for a new Ewing Island Danger Daybeacon foundation, as Coast Guard members from the Aids to Navigation Puget Sound from Seattle and the Coast Guard Cutter Henry Blake, homeported in Everett, Wash., use lines attached to the bucket to help control it from the ground, while standing on the Ewing Island Reef in Washington, May 19, 2015. The buckets were loaded from waiting cement truck in position on nearby Orcas Island, where a secondary crew helped coordinate the reconstruction process.
