Sgt. 1st Class Liston Kelly, motor pool non-commissioned officer in charge, Headquarters and Headquarters Co., 16th Special Troops Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade, says some words about Sgt. 1st Class Terry Williams, senior mechanic, HHC, 16th STB, after promoting Williams to sergeant first class at the 16th STB awards and promotions ceremony at Contingency Operating Base Q-West, Iraq, Aug. 1. "This promotion means a lot to me because it's a gift from Heaven, a reward for hard work and sacrifice," said Williams, a native of Milwaukee, Wis., on his third deployment. "I love the United States Army, helping others and being a positive example."
