Ruben Rangel, a water support technician and Battle Creek, Mich., native, fills a military water truck with potable water from a tactical water purification system in Tan Tan, Morocco, May 14, 2015 during Exercise African Lion 15. This water will be used as drinking water, showers and toilets.
