An Iraqi construction man works diligently on the framework for steel columns, as members of the United States Army Corps of Engineers check on the progress of an Iraqi police station, near Al Haffar, Iraq, Aug. 15. More than 140 police officers will occupy the new facility to provide improved security for the citizens near Al Haffar and the surrounding area.
