Ryan Waclawski, a watercraft operator and native of from Upper Marlboro, Md., assigned to the 203rd Transportation Detachment, 359th Transportation Battalion, 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), uses large ropes to tie the Logistical Support Vessel (LSV-8) Maj. Gen. Robert Smalls to the pier in Curtis Bay, Maryland, May 12, after returning from a logistical support mission to Woods Hole, Mass., transporting vehicles for the 50th Independent Brigade Combat Team, New Jersey National Guard. The mission was a part of Exercise Nationwide Move 15, an annual Army Reserve approved functional training exercise designed to provide Reserve Component transportation units with valuable, realistic training, by conducting real-world operations in support of Continental United States (CONUS) activities.
