Corpsmen with 1st Medical Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 15, 1st Marine Logistics Group, load a simulated injured Marine on a CH-46 during a casualty evacuation exercise at Camp Pendleton, Aug. 12. Marines and corpsmen with 1st Medical Bn. conducted training scenarios where they had to transport injured patients to a higher level of medical care. They trained to move patients from the front lines with both tactical vehicles and helicopters in a timely matter to save lives.
