Taleb Shegati Al-Kenani, the commander of the Counter-Terrorism Bureau, cuts a ribbon signifying the official activation of the Iraqi Special Operations Force's 2nd Brigade during a ceremony held on a military compound in Baghdad Aug. 4. The newly-formed 2nd Brigade headquarters is responsible for the regional commando battalions located in Basrah, Diyala, Mosul, and Al Asad.
