An F/A-18E Super Hornet, assigned to the "Eagles" of Strike Fighter Squadron 115 launches off the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The Super Hornet is a strike fighter with increased range, endurance and ordnance-carrying capabilities. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
