Bryant Lambert, command sergeant major, U.S. Army Pacific, visited troops stationed throughout Okinawa to learn more about their respective units' missions and capabilities while addressing topics most relevant to today's noncommissioned officers such as the Army's new master sergeant course, promotion points system and NCO evaluation reports.
