150601-N-AY934-039 SASEBO, Japan (June 1, 2015) – Aviation Ordinance Airman Erika Ham, from Stephenville, Texas, hauls in mooring line in preparation of the deployment of the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). The Bonhomme Richard is the lead ship of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (BHRARG), comprised of USS Green Bay (LPD 20), USS Ashland (LSD 48) and embarked 31st marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU). BHRARG is forward deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
