150601-A-ZA034-207 COLÓN, Panama (June 01, 2015) A dentist with the non-governmental organization Latter Day Saint Charities, performs a dental examination at a medical site established at Centro Educativo Dr. Augusto Samuel Boyd during Continuing Promise 2015 (CP-15). LDSC is working alongside joint-military personnel and other NGOs during CP-15. Continuing Promise is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet-conducted deployment to conduct civil-military operations including humanitarian-civil assistance, subject matter expert exchanges, medical, dental, veterinary and engineering support and disaster response to partner nations and to show U.S. support and commitment to Central and South America and the Caribbean.
